Unfair Competition and False Advertising

For example, we proactively counsel clients to help insure that their marketing messaging and sales strategies fully comply with false advertising laws, and, when necessary, help them to take action against competitors who engage in false advertising.

Where false advertising claims are made against a client, we partner with our clients to try to resolve the dispute efficiently and effectively. Should a matter go to trial, however, our experienced litigators will vigorously defend against such claims.
