Benjamin Cantor Recognized as a Rising Star by INTA
The International Trademark Association (INTA) has recognized Benjamin Cantor as a Rising Star. INTA’s Rising Star program identifies and supports upcoming leaders in intellectual property. Honorees are chosen based on their dedication to enhancing the IP profession or INTA as an organization.
Ben advises domestic and international clients in trademark clearance, prosecution, monitoring, and enforcement. He is involved in drafting cease and desist letters and settlement agreements resolving trademark disputes. Ben further assists clients in trademark licensing, assignments, and consent agreements. Ben also has experience in copyright law, assisting and advising clients in obtaining and protecting copyrights.
As an active INTA member, he currently serves on the Brands and Sustainability committee; previously he was a member of the PAC Capitol Club: Gallery Committee, the Awards and Fellowships Subcommittee, and the Young Practitioners Committee.
