Nancy Kennedy Appointed Visiting Professor from Practice at UConn School of Law

UConn School of Law Dean Eboni Nelson has appointed Nancy Kennedy Visiting Professor from Practice: This appointment is a prestigious, public recognition of her contributions to the Law School, where she has been an adjunct since 2012, teaching Trademark Law, Internet Law, a new course called The Business of Lawyering, which is sort of "everything an associate wants to know but is afraid to ask," and other courses. Nancy supervises students in the Animal Law Clinic as they prepare for and appear in court cases involving animal abuse and neglect. Additionally, she supervises student authorship and represents the faculty at many UCONN Law events.
