Mia Fiedler focuses her IP practice on patent law. She has extensive technical experience from her work as an engineer and data analyst before beginning her legal career. She advises both large and small clients in a variety of technical areas, particularly in the areas of computer software, e-commerce, and telecommunications. She prepares and prosecutes patents and prepares non-infringement, validity, and clearance opinions, as well as various technology licensing agreements. Mia has conducted due diligence investigations for a number of high-technology clients and has worked on numerous licensing and acquisition agreements.
