One-Day Patent CLE Seminar

The New York Intellectual Property Law Association (NYIPLA) presents a One-Day Patent CLE Seminar. Cantor Colburn Partner David Bomzer will lead an interactive session on ethics. The program will cover significant emerging issues in patent law, maintaining and enforcing trade secrets, negotiating commercial agreements, recent Federal Circuit decisions and more.
Chief Judge Scott R. Boalick will be the keynote speaker of this intensive program for patent practitioners. The program concludes with a session on best practices in IP and patent arbitration with the Hon. Garrett E. Brown, Jr. (Ret.), JAMS Neutral, former Chief Judge, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey; the Hon. Faith Hochberg (Ret.), Independent Arbitrator, Principal, Hochberg ADR; and Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services Neutrals.
