Cantor Colburn will host the October 2014 International Trademark Association (INTA) roundtable, Are you up-to-date with the latest legal issues in social media?, in the firm’s Hartford office.
Trademark attorneys are regularly called upon to advise clients regarding issues related to social media. More frequently, those issues are not only limited to unauthorized trademark usage. This roundtable will go beyond take down procedures and will explore a variety of legal issues arising in the social media space.
