Cantor Colburn Trademark & Copyright Partner Nancy Kennedy will be part of a UConn Law panel, "Different Paths to IP," on February 29, 2024.
Not every path to IP is a straight line. Come join different IP practitioners from different fields and learn about their path to where they are now. There are many avenues to pursue and law students can feel comfortable about their paths, even if it not the traditional path to the field of law.
Nancy is a Visiting Professor from Practice at the University of Connecticut School of Law, teaching Internet Law; Trademark Law; and Newer Technologies and the Law: NFTs, Blockchain, and Web 3.0. She also served as the Supervising Clinical Attorney at UConn Law's Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Law Clinic.
