USPTO Fee Increases
On October 2, 2020, certain fees charged by the USPTO will be increased. The USPTO indicates that these fee increases are necessary to keep pace with increasing costs and to provide for continued operations.
We recommend completing possible transactions with the USPTO before October 2, 2020 to avoid the cost increases.
