Ethics in Intellectual Property

Todd Garabedian will participate in a panel discussion of Ethics in IP Law on December 7, 2021, presented by the IP section of the Connecticut Bar Association.

The program will examine exemplary ethical considerations / trends related to U.S. trademark applications owned by Chinese companies; ethical considerations with respect to working from home; maintaining and securing client files and information; and ethics hearings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
