Licensing Executives Society (LES) Annual Meeting 2016

The Licensing Executives Annual Meeting takes place on October 23-26, 2016 in Vancouver, BC, Canada, and will host more than 1,000 industry leaders from more than 800 companies.
Charlie O'Brien, chair of Cantor Colburn's IP Transactional Practice Group, presented two sessions. The first was "CEEM – Joint Development Agreements – Best Practices and Lessons Learned in Negotiating and Living Under a Joint Development Agreement." Charlie also presented the session "Next Generation Batteries - IP and Licensing Challenges Going from Lab to Market."
