Steve Coyle at Paragraph IV Disputes Conference 2021
Pharmaceutical Litigation Chair Steve Coyle will be a panelist at the Paragraph IV Disputes Conference in New York City, April 26-27, 2021.
Steve leads Cantor Colburn's dedicated Pharmaceutical Litigation Practice, comprised of experienced litigators, Ph.D. chemists, and patent attorneys expert in other supporting technologies. He is a trial lawyer with more than 20 years' experience in litigating and trying complex disputed matters, and he has specialized in patent and all varieties of intellectual property litigation for the past 15 years. Steve’s areas of focus include ANDA and Hatch-Waxman litigation, where he has represented the rights of generic drug manufacturers and helped them to bring products to market. He is also the Chair of Cantor Colburn’s Pharmaceutical Litigation Practice, which defends the rights of both drug discovery companies seeking to protect and enforce their patent rights, as well as defending generic pharmaceutical companies against allegations of patent infringement, including actions arising out of ANDA filings.
