Cantor Colburn Among Top 10 Firms in Overcoming Alice Patent Rejections

Patent analytics company Juristat has just recognized Cantor Colburn for being in the top 10 firms with the highest success rate in overcoming “Alice” rejections from June 2014 to May 2015 (“Overcoming Alice - The Top 10,” November 12, 2015). Juristat’s analysis of more than 6.8 million patent applications in its database to determine that Cantor Colburn is #6 among U.S. law firms for overcoming Alice rejections with a 65% success rate.
